Munoz is a CM/Build Prime Consultant for NYC Housing Authority.
Harborview Terrace Windows Replacement Project
The Project calls for the removal and replacement of over 2000 windows and terrace doors at two high-rise buildings located in mid-town Manhattan. Work also includes wrapping sills, installing child safety guards and A/C brackets where necessary in 377 occupied apartments.
Baisley Park Roof and Masonry Repair
This project consists of the roof replacement of six buildings at Baisley Park Houses, Borough of Queens. The development has 378 Apartments and a population of approximately 930.
The work includes:
Sidewalk Shedding: Provide, install and maintain required sidewalk shed protection, as per drawings & sidewalk shed notes on drawings.
Abatement of Hazardous Materials: of asbestos-containing materials [“ACM"]: Remove all existing ACM base flashing, metal cap flashing, metal pitch pockets, fascia-gravel stops, and all asbestos containing caulking
Removal & Replacement of Roofing and Related Work, including but not limited to: Main roof at each building Elevator Bulkhead & Stairway Bulkhead Roofs;
Tightening of relieving angles as necessary, Re-pointing all brick at elevator & stair bulkheads & chimneys, Repairing of existing parapet railing, Refurbishing metal platforms & ladders
