Scope Of Work
Munoz provided engineering services for the Battery Park City Authority North Residential Neighborhood Utility Installations. This on-call engineering design services included the planning design and construction support services for utility installations of: Site 16/17, new high voltage electric service and gas connections for the new high rise building.
Site 23 & 24, relocation of electrical service.
Site 26 – Goldman Sachs high rise building, new connections for steam, gas, storm, sanitary, water and high voltage electric. All construction work was performed at night to provide minimum disruption to the World Financial Center operations.
Ballfileds, new electric service and swithboard for the proposed seasonal ice rink.
Muñoz provided closed coordination with the building owners, building developer and designers and with all utility agencies having jurisdiction.
