Scope Of Work
Ground up 3400 SF custom leasing office/gym facility at existing apartment complex, project included an exterior private fire pit courtyard amenity, renovation of the right of way entry and civil drainage system to include all new asphalt around the new clubhouse. Project also included major renovation to the existing elevated courtyard pool amenity. At the courtyard we added 600 linear feet of new site walls with stone caps, 1500 SF of AstroTurf all new pool enclosure fencing, and new concrete decking/coping at the pool.
