Scope Of Work
Complete renovation to leasing office and clubhouse including kitchenette and fitness center. Improved arrival experience civil upgrades. Remove and replace pool decks. Remove and replace siding and doors on 160 garages. Install new gutters and downspouts on 20 buildings. Parking lot resurface and re-strip. Install 600 LF of new wrought iron fence and monument sign on 6th Avenue elevation.
