Cynthia Croatti 's Bio
Ms. Croatti joined the Company in 1980 as the Assistant Treasurer and has served as Treasurer since 1982. She became a Director in 1995 and was named the Company's Executive Vice President in 2001. Additionally, Ms. Croatti has primary responsibility for overseeing the Human Resources and Purchasing functions of UniFirst Corporation.
Steven S. Sintros 's Bio
Mr. Sintros, UniFirst President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joined the Company in 2004, first serving as Finance Manager and Corporate Controller, then Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before being promoted to his current position in 2017. Prior to joining UniFirst, Mr. Sintros worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst and Young and at Arthur Andersen before that.

David A. DiFillippo 's Bio
Mr. DiFillippo became Senior Vice President of Operations for UniFirst Corporation in 2002. He joined the Company in 1979, starting out as a Service Manager, was promoted to General Manager in 1984, and to Regional Vice President for the Central Region in 1986. Mr. DiFillippo oversees specified laundry regions in the U.S. and Canada, as well as Product Management.
