9Rounds is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. This project was a commercial TI in Elk Grove CA. The existing space was a commercial laundry mat consisting of 1600 square feet. We added HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing and Electrical.
