Scope Of Work

This prairie-style shopping center is located in Liberty Park Place, corporate center. Designed with the tenant in mind, entryways are clustered to allow double-bay leasing. The building is constructed of limestone, brick, steel and green-tinted glazing. Dramatic prairie overhangs provide plentiful shade to the common exterior pedestrian areas while a monumental sculptural structure calls attention to the center.
