Scope Of Work

Mach 1 recently completed work on the removal and replacement of previously installed sewer lines, cutting road subgrades, mulch haul off and general clean up at a new phase of the Cottages at The Manor subdivision.  The previous utility subcontractor employed by Brent Scarbrough did not adhere to the strict standards of Forsyth County and after the TV inspection of the sewer system, several areas were shown to have negative fall, horizontal deflections, etc.  Mach 1 crews had to work in tight conditions as the site already had curb in place so great care was needed to not cause damage to the curb.  Crews had to excavate down as deep as 26' in some areas in order to locate and correct the issues, which required great care to work safely and efficiently.  We take pride in our work and one of our guiding principles is if you had time to come back to fix something, you had time to do it right the first time.  Do it right the first time and everyone wins!

Billy Frankle was a pleasure to work with and he expressed his deepest gratitude with helping him move closer to getting his final plat of this phase.  Now that we've put this project on the right track, we are on to another project for Mr. Frankle at a new residential development in downtown Alpharetta.
