Scope Of Work

October 11, 2018 - Mach 1 is pleased to announce it will be starting another project within the Robins Air Force Base, located in Warner Robins, GA!  The work will involve demolition of existing pavements and building structures as well as earthwork, storm drainage, utilities, etc. for the installation of a new Express gas station and Firestone Automotive Center.  The new service station will replace an existing Express building and will serve the many fine men and women that live and work within the base limits.  Mach 1 stands with and supports our Nation's active and retired military personnel and their families as we would not be living in the greatest Nation in the world if not for their sacrifice.  We look to start work sometime within the next month but check back soon for more updates!

July 9, 2019 - Mach 1 was not able to start this project until mid December 2018 due to some plan changes and permit revisions.  We worked closely with the General Contractor to get in and remove the existing structures, pavements, storm drains, etc. and assisted with some changes to the sanitary sewer system in order for it to function properly.  Currently we are not mobilized to this project but plan on returning in the Fall to continue with the next phase of construction.  Robins Air Force Base is a big proponent of recycling and this project presented us with the opportunity to showcase our Bison 120 crushing unit, coupled with our Powerscreen 600 screening unit, to crush and screen demolished curb, asphalt, storm drains, etc.  The end result was the recycled material was used as backfill material for the double run 36'' RCP storm drain reroute around the proposed building pads.  Furthermore, the material produced from the crushing/screening operation was used to construct an all weather construction road through the project, thereby allowing other trades to be able to keep the progress moving forward!  Check back later for more updates.
