Scope Of Work
July 9, 2019 - Mach 1 is getting ready to start another great project in Athens! We were recently contacted by Classic Plains Construction out of Roswell, GA about this 22 acre apartment complex that will involve the mass grading of approximately 130,000 CY of dirt, over 12,500' of storm drains, 5,500' of sewer, 8,000' of fire/domestic water lines, clearing, erosion control, etc. Currently, we are scheduled for our pre construction meeting with Athens-Clarke County and before too long, we expect to be starting the logging process in order to start work in the detention ponds.
