August 2, 2018 - Mach 1 will soon be starting the site work for a new dentist office in Snellville, GA.  Work to include clearing, demolition, erosion, earthwork, drainage and utilities.  Check back soon for more updates!

September 13, 2018 - Mach 1 is working with our Client, Merit Construction, on scheduling the start of this project within the next couple of weeks.  Currently the GC is working with the Owner, Engineer and Gwinnett County to obtain all permits so until these are in hand, we'll be on stand by.  This project has undergone some major design changes since we first heard of this project in early March 2017 and we've been working with our Client since then to assist with budgets, etc.  At the end of the day, Mach 1 strives to give our Clients the best pricing coupled with quality construction and because we understand that while every project is different, some cases it takes time to ensure that each Owner knows they are spending their hard-earned money to build the best project they deserve.  We want what's best for our Clients and if it means taking the time to work with them over the course of weeks, months and in some cases, years to bring their visions to life, then Mach 1 is there.  Please check back soon for more updates!

October 11, 2018 - Mach 1 started clearing on 9/26 and put the building pad to grade by 10/5.  Unfortunately, we have not been able to excavate for the concrete retaining wall at the detention pond because it was discovered that there were some existing gas mains that are in the vicinity of the wall.  Mach 1 is working closely with the locating company and the affected utility to find the gas lines as they are not easily detectable with standard locating practices.  Safety is paramount in our industry so we are taking our time and working carefully to locate the gas mains and hopefully soon we'll be able to get back moving.  Check back soon for more updates!

July 9, 2019 - Mach 1 recently completed work on this project.  Mach 1 was faced with several challenges to overcome including but not limited to permitting issues, plan changes, utility conflicts, weather, etc. but at the end of the day, we delivered as expected.  In the coming weeks, look to the General Contractor, Merit Construction, to be turning over the keys to Doctor "T" so the local neighborhood will be able to reap the benefits of having a great place for their children's dental needs!  Dental health is instrumental to an overall healthy life style and the best time to start taking care of your teeth is of course when those baby teeth start to sprout.
