ROC Construction Services LLC

ROC was Established in 2006 after working for different sitework contractors for nearly 20 years around the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.  I filled the roles of office manager, safety director, estimator, project manager, and vice president of site development.

ROC Construction Services takes that experience and focuses on providing services catering to ground down construction.  

The ground down construction phase of most new developments is the most varied and unpredictable phase of the project.  One could build 10 new box buildings nearly identical save entry front or side as an example, but the sitework on all 10 of those projects will be totally unique.  We believe in building a partnering relationship with our clients to manage the ground down construction for them and let their superintendents manage the vertical construction.  Often times, the out of town general contractor brings in a superintendent whose strength is vertical construction and if they are familiar with sitework they may not be experienced with our areas site specific challenges.   We bring our clients quality on time construction along with quality vetted subcontractors so they can focus on their vertical construction.  When changes arises, we understand our local market pricing, can offer V.E., and/or means and methods options for potential better pricing or product.
