Scope Of Work
This second phase of construction within the Key Isle community continued the concept created with Phase I. The buildings are garden style, ground floor entry, characterized by a unique and lighthearted suburban community feel and presence. The buildings are constructed with durable Hardie Plank exteriors and included an extravagant landscaping package to enhance the intimacy of the community. Quality finishes are used within the units including ceramic tile, hardwood cabinets, and modern kitchen appliances. Many of the second floor units are two-story loft designs with 18′ vaulted ceilings. In addition to the apartment buildings, an additional fitness facility, pool, and a community building were added to compliment the complete Phase I and II development. Key Isle is a first class “A” quality community.
