Scope Of Work
Project consists of 92 class “A” units located in Navarre Beach, Florida. The buildings consist of three-story masonry shell and utilize metal joist and deck with poured concrete for elevated floors. The buildings are set up in groups of three with each group having elevator access to upper floors. Construction included retail/commercial space in addition to the residential units.
