Scope Of Work
The work that we had preformed on this project was the landscaping portion. During our time of being onsite we overcame time constraint obstacles and weather related issues such as snow, ice and rain which of course caused poor site conditions. Even though the site conditions became rough our toughest obstacle was to overcome these issues, but we prevailed knowing what we had to do to complete the project. We dedicated endless time to our GC on this project and we received their full support through all of our obstacles. I truly believe that we have not only impressed Swinerton Builders, but we have now build an outstanding new relationship with them.
