Scope Of Work
Pre-Move consulting and planning with moving team. Downsizing from a 200,000 sq. ft. facility into 55,000 sq. ft. facility.
Assist in finding resources to purchase old furniture.
Space planning and design for new facility in Texas where some of the old furniture was going to be shipped to.
Modular furniture disassembly and packaging for shipping to Texas.
Managing purging and recycle process.
Packing materials and labor for archives to storage.
Storage of archive resources.
Installation support for all new and re-used TV Monitors throughout the facility.
Relocation of all content, computers, furniture and network equipment as needed from old facility to new facility.
Complete disassembly of all remaining modular furniture and casegoods and decommissioning to either recycle or landfill as needed.
Installation of hanging art walls in new facility.
Disconnect and reconnect of all desktop computer systems.
