Scope Of Work
Highlands Place II was a complete lobby redesign that required demolition of the old lobby down to dirt. The old lobby consisted of heavy oak, water features, and living plants. To update the look in an occupied building required intense scheduling with all trades to maintain a safe working environment.
The new design brings light and color with contrasting lines that are inviting and comfortable.
