Scope Of Work
Tabulsa rasa! This was a storage area before S3 was hired on to create a wellness facility. Highlights include a yoga room, weight room, and lockers and showers for both men and women. This MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design-build space had to be ADA compliant and the ceiling had to be demolished. This particular project was value engineered to best serve the needs of the client while maintaining the functionality of the space.
