Scope Of Work
This project consisted of 300 rooms... Custom crown, wall moldings, Wood base, Door portals, door casing, Elevator lobbies/paneling.
Presidential suite, Governors suite, Congressional suite, Millwork, Trim, Cabinets, Custom metal fireplace with steel and bronze.
We provided all material and installation.
This was a very challenging job due to a very aggressive schedule, (1 floor turned over every week, 33 rooms) We kept it fully manned and were the only trade that never slipped.
