Scope Of Work
Construction of the Harlo Apartments commenced on March 1st, 2017. These apartments consist of 75 micro and penthouse units. Amenities include a green roof where grasses grow within the patio space, an indoor dog washing station, as well as a dry cleaning pick up and drop off service within the building.
Harlo Apartments are located in the Loring Park neighborhood. Residents will enjoy easy access to downtown, close proximity to The Walker Art Museum and Sculpture Garden, and many cafes and restaurants. Harlo Apartments is also adjacent to the largest park in Minneapolis, Loring Park.
