Scope Of Work
Reuter Walton constructed CSL Plasma’s new donation center on Lake Street in Minneapolis. Featuring 48 donation beds in addition to screening and storage facilities, this 12,300 SF project was diligently finished to the meticulous specifications of the Food and Drug Administration, the World Health Organization, and the German Health Organization. This project was completed on a compressed ten-week schedule to allow the client to begin generating revenue as quickly as possible.
Shortly after completion, Reuter Walton’s attention to detail and ability to complete the center under budget and on schedule earned us the opportunity to build another CSL Plasma donation center in Bloomington, MN. The second shell work included exterior renovations, removal of CMU walls and replacement with storefront, roofing and MEP infrastructure improvements to accommodate the new building function, as well as the addition of a smaller 4,500 SF shell space for a future tenant.
