Scope Of Work

Chroma is a new residential development in the Whittier neighborhood that will bring high-density, high-design housing to an area that has historically lagged in new construction. Chroma includes a Class A mixed-use space and will feature 70 units, a coffee shop and art gallery on the ground floor, in addition to amenities such as a rooftop patio with Downtown views, a 24-hour fitness center, and a new system of secure package delivery lockers. The location will place residents within a stone’s throw of many cultural features, including the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street, and the Midtown Greenway trail.
