Scope Of Work

Modi is a six story, seventy-five unit residential building located on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Lyndale Avenue South in the Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis. The ground floor will contain a twenty-eight car, enclosed parking garage, a resident common space and fitness room. The stories above will be comprised of micro-units ranging from 360 to 680 square feet. A rooftop resident common area will include and firepit and community grill.

This site provides easy access to metro transit and neighborhood amenities including The Wedge Coop, many diverse restaurants, coffee shops, and close proximity to Nicollet Avenue’s Eat Street.
