Scope Of Work

Mezzo is a six story, 110 unit residential community in the Grain Belt activity center in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis. This building will integrate several setbacks at street level providing space for landscaping and a transition to the residential neighborhood. The ground floor will house resident amenities including a lobby, lounge, and fitness center. At the sixth level residents will have access to a lounge and terrace containing outdoor seating and views of the downtown skyline, the Grain Belt Brewery Complex, and the Mississippi River.

Mezzo units will range from studios less than 500 sq. ft. to two bedroom corner units. Parking will be provided in a fully enclosed lot containing 67 spaces, and a surface lot for the Dusty’s patrons will be preserved.

Mezzo residents will enjoy close proximity to many restaurants, craft breweries and distilleries, performance and event venues, as well as art venues and events.
