Scope Of Work
Replacement / upgrade of existing roof mounted laboratory exhaust fan for current owner needs.
Scope of work includes:
- removal of existing fan and re-use of existing curb to avoid further roof penetrations
- installation of new and upgraded centrifugal exhaust fan located above the facility's structural beam / column
- installation of outdoor / exposed spiral ducting from roof penetration to new exhaust fan location
- electrical work coordination
- roof mounted supports for new ducting and fan
- weatherproofing of outdoor ducting
- air balancing of same
