Scope Of Work
The work includes an addition and renovation to the shipping and receiving areas of Building 12, a cold storage facility.
We HVAC scope of work is as follows:
- aggressive work schedule including overnight work
- back to back phased construction
- Installation of two (2) new packaged RTU's
- Demolition of replacement of one (1) existing RTU
- Installation of new sheet metal ducting and modifications to existing systems
- Replacement of a restroom exhaust fan
- Temporary controls for unit startup and testing
- Onsite staging container to allow for phased work and delivery of materials to be securely and properly stored
