Scope Of Work
This was high end retail renovation project on a 4th floor of an existing building in SOHO, NYC.
Some of the key HVAC components were as follows:
- installation of EXPOSED flat oval / galvanneal ducting & custom fittings
- VFD drive upgrade to existing York 15 ton air handler
- VAV box + stand alone sensors for Cooling only operation
- custom steam radiators (heat controlled by building landlord)
- aggressive work schedule w/ minimal extras for minor mechanical demolition work
- air test and balancing coordination
- in house sheet metal shop / fabrication drawings
