PROJECT LEADERSHIP

Duane began his professional structural/architectural engineering career in Kansas City.

Taking a very hands-on approach, Duane naturally becomes the detail oriented project team leader. He offers a unique perspective; balancing architectural sensitivity, structural practicality & construction administration to afford the client a complete integrated project delivery.

Since founding JCorp, nearly 15 years ago, Duane has surrounded himself with a team of architectural and construction management professionals. Together, they focus on identifying and meeting a diverse set of client needs from concept to completion.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP

Ben brings his experience and background in assembly line efficiency into the construction industry. Ben strives to get the right team in place to complete projects in a timely manner and on budget. His experience in renovation and additions brings outside the box perspective to all projects.

With a business management mindset, Ben desires to further vertically integrate the construction and design-build process. With experience in site selection, conceptual design, development, construction, and property management he keeps the clients’ interests and needs in focus.

Lori has been with JCorp since 2004 and oversees the day to day operations of the office. In addition to general accounting, she also manages and oversees all aspects of project finances.

In addition to office manager, Lori is the property manager for leased properties in Ankeny and Story City.
