Scope Of Work
AAS was given a challenge: Provide occupants complete temperature control of their rooms but still maintain humidity control without the use of electric strip reheating. The Hyatt was having difficulty with providing a completely hypo-allergenic sleeping environment due to elevated humidity levels. The humidity control solution solved their issue. The Delta Controls components used not only provided the solution but gave hotel personal the ability to trend history of each room if an issue arises.
With the successful conclusion of the 411 room project, AAS was awarded the next phases of renovation which includes updating their outside air units serving the corridors and the central chiller plant. The Grand Hyatt received a Florida Green Lodging Certified 1 Palm in honor of their commitment to protect Florida’s precious resources.
