Scope Of Work
Developing a complete Transition Plan with the most recent Federal and State ADA Code and Standards. Scope of Work includes Field Survey of select facilities on and off the college campus, Data Entry into the MVE Accessibility Management Database, the creation of AutoCAD maps designating the location of out-of-compliance items or elements, and delivery of the generated database and reports for assembly into a complete Transition Plan.
The Transition Plan shall contain information regarding the number of out-of-compliance items, their locations, photos of the items, a suggested corrective action, and a forecast of cost associated with the corrective action. This information shall be arranged according to building, site areas, and the campus allowing for fast and effective resolution of the items.
