Cianbro provided trained personnel to operate the Hanover Street and Pennington Avenue drawbridge. Each bridge operator was familiar with the bridge layout and trained in the operation and maintenance of the bridge, including all emergency power and manual back-up systems.

Project Details

Provided maintenance personnel to maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment and systems in accordance to the operation and maintenance manuals

Provided septic pump-out service below the drawbridge

Greased open gears frequently per lubrication schedule

Replaced light bulbs as necessary, including channel lights

Ensured the electrical rooms are kept clean and adhering to a monthly cleaning schedule of the cabinets

Ensured the electrical and mechanical operating centers of the bridge are kept clean from any bird droppings or debris
