Scope Of Work
Cianbro provided civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation construction for a new dehydration station in rural Pennsylvania. The project included foundations for the dehydration skids, a vertical scrubber, and blowdown silencer as well as above and below grade power, grounding, and communications for the station.
Project Details
Surveyed site, established layout and constructed roadwaysExcavated for foundations and underground utilities
Poured concrete for foundations and structural supports
Installed all power, grounding, and communications conduit and cabling inside the station
Fabricated and installed all piping from the gas main to the skids
Installed an 8” inlet line from the pipeline to the dehy station and an 8” outlet line from a nearby meter station
Installed a vertical scrubber, blowdown silencer, water storage tank and a TEG tank
Insulated and applied protective coatings to piping and equipment
Assembled and installed all structural items including pipe supports, walkways, stiles, platforms, and stairs, prefabricated pipe supports with clamps, vehicle guards, electrical and control box stands, and instrument stands
Installed a prefabricated Contactor skid containing one Tower and two vertical scrubbers
Set the Glycol Regeneration skid and installed the associated still column, reboiler, stack and stack arrestor, ladder and platform landing and other miscellaneous instruments
Completed welds with 100% radiography "test pass" rating and commissioned the site in less than 48 hours
