Scope Of Work

Located in Kendall County, this rural church desired to build a 15,000 square foot Family Life Center with a performance platform and a high school regulation basketball court in order to meet the demands of their various ministries. The new 
addition is of economical steel building construction with an acknowledgment of the original architectural Gothic style church building. Several of the features included a new kitchen and multipurpose gymnasium designed to seat 300 to 400 for dining, relocation of existing bell tower to new main entrance, a covered vehicular drop-off , new restroom facilities, large narthex/gathering space, and new classrooms of various sizes. The new addition is heated and cooled with an environmentally friendly geothermal mechanical system.
