Scope Of Work
Colas Construction, in partnership with R&H, was chosen to build the Portland Community College – Newberg Center, a new campus in Newberg, OR. The project includes 12,800 sf composed of a reception area, common area, five classrooms, conference room, faculty offices, meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms. Additionally, a 50,000 sf parking lot is located adjacent to the building.
