Scope Of Work
Alberta Commons is a large retail center in the Alberta District in NE Portland and located on an empty parcel of 1.67-acres bordered by Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Garfield Avenue, Alberta, and Sumner Streets. The project included building the core and shell of over 20,000 SF of gross leasable space for commercial retail tenants. With the support of direct community engagement over several years before construction, this development is now a thriving neighborhood shopping center and home to several locally owned businesses with gathering spaces throughout each of the commercial properties.
