East-Harding Construction

East Harding Construction is a commercial construction company skilled as a Construction Manager, General Contractor and Design-Builder and focused on new construction and renovation projects throughout Arkansas.  The company was founded in 1974 by life-long friends Bob East and Tom Harding.  Van Tilbury joined East Harding in 2004 and completed a 10-year buy-out in October 2019.  Today, Van is the Owner, President & CEO.  East Harding is based in Little Rock and is focused on serving clients in our home state.  As a result, East Harding has completed thousands of new construction and renovation projects in Arkansas.

We are a financially secure corporation with no debts, liens or encumbrances.  We have no active lawsuits or claims against us.  We have never filed bankruptcy and have never defaulted on a contract.  We are bonded by Travelers, a AAA-rated surety.  Our professional team is focused on cost estimating, project management, site supervision, safety and financial and administrative support of our teams.  We choose not to self-perform any trade work; rather, we develop trade packages that are competitively bid to qualified local subcontractors to ensure the lowest responsible cost and then we manage that subcontractor team to ensure your satisfaction.
