Scope Of Work
Beverley Hills Boba, “BHB”, is the complete build out of a retail location at 32 West 40th Street in Manhattan. JMJ managed the construction for BHB including final design coordination, equipment procurement and subcontractor selection and management. The retail location is on the first floor of Bryant Park Place, also known as the Engineers’ Club building. The building is on the landmarks commission and JMJ worked with the Tenant, Ownership, and Management to navigate the complexities of such a historic building.
