Scope Of Work
43-10 9th Street is the redevelopment of a 12,000 SF single story warehouse built circa 1920. JMJ undertook a redevelopment totaling 43,000 SF over 5 floors and a basement. The redevelopment included all new structure, facade, MEPs, and an Elevator.
During construction JMJ managed marketing efforts which resulted in a 100% occupancy on the day of project completion. Lady M has leased the 1st, 2nd and part of 4th floor. The Bordone LIC, a premier event space, leases floors 3, part of 4, and 5.
