Scope Of Work
42-77 Hunter Street is the development of a 15 unit mixed use builing in the heart of Long Island City. The property was developed from the ground up following an acquisition in late 2012. It includes 12 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom and one commercial unit over 9 floors. The property was completed in the Spring of 2015 and achieved 100% occupanyc within the first three months. Since then JMJ has handled the Management of the building. Due to the buildings excellent location and superb architecture, occupancy has remained strong and the rental price per square foot are some of the highest in the neighborhood.
