Scope Of Work
42-44 Crescent Street is the ground up construction of a 13 unit mixed use development. The property contains, 11 one bedroom units, 1 two bedroom unit, and a commercial unit over 8 floors. JMJ is the General Contractor for the project since the foundation stage. The previous contractor was stopped by the DOB for almost one year when the owners decided to retain the services of JMJ. Since then, JMJ has worked to rescind the stop work order, correct all defective work, hire new sub contractors, and get the project on a new schedule. The project was completed in 2021.
