Scope Of Work
139 Fifth Avenue is the ground up construction of a 29 unit mixed use development. The property contains 15 one bedroom units, 13 two bedroom unit, and a commercial unit over 5 floors. JMJ is the General Contractor and Developer for the project. The project has been designed to a Net Zero Energy standard including increased exterior insulation, triple paned windows, energy recovery ventilation and on-site photovoltaics. The project is anticipated to be completed in 2023.
