This certified buildout of Class A office space included offices, flex workstations, conference room, kitchen/tech bar, work and file rooms, reception, lobby, and coffee bar areas. The space features a sliding barn style wood door at the conference room, storefront at the offices, and exposed ceiling structure at open areas with utilities and the underside of the deck painted.
