Scope Of Work

"We had a great experience with MamikConstruction. Both Mamikon and his son Levon are easy to deal with and very pleasant. One of the things we liked best about working with MamikConstruction is that that Mamikon was on the job every day. He does not subcontract the work out to others. He has a small team of people who work with him. This is great both because he is taking direct responsibility for everything and because it allows the job to flow much more smoothly. Once he starts the job, he is there every day until it is completed. There are no gaps in the work while waiting for other subcontractors to show up. Consequently, our renovation was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the workmanship was top notch.

At the completion of our renovation, Mamikon told us that as customers of his, we could count on his help anytime with any repairs or projects. Well a few months after our bathroom was done, we needed some fairly substantial emergency repairs (having nothing to do with the bathroom renovation). So we called Mamikon. And just as he'd promised, he came quickly and worked tirelessly to solve our problems. It is great knowing that we have someone we can always count on to help us out - and it is an added bonus to hiring MamikConstruction for your renovation. We highly recommend them."
