Scope Of Work
MSA was challenged by coordinating the placement of buildings and parking on a demanding, sloping site with protected environmental features and many TxDOT requirements.
MSA worked closely with a civil engineer as well as a variety of retail tenants and their design teams to maintain a cohesive plan for the center.
The overall aesthetic of the shopping center draws from local farm and ranch architecture.
