Scope Of Work
Hunter Roberts provided construction management services for The Surrey Hotel. Located at 20 East 76th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenue, the art deco inspired hotel is surrounded by museums and high-end retail stores. The project consisted of a 150,000-SF, 16-story renovation of 190 guest rooms including 30 suites, a spa, a private English rooftop garden and the 1,200-SF Bar Pleiades, operated by the renowned Café Boulud family. Additional scope of services included new infrastructure riser work and the installation of a supplementary backup generator and a cooling tower.
