Scope Of Work
Hunter Roberts provided pre-construction and construction management services, including cost estimating, scheduling, and site logistics, for a new PAVE Charter School at 732 Henry Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The project plan called for the construction of a 44,000-SF three-story metal panel and brick exterior building to accommodate 350 students in grades K-5. The project scope included two playgrounds, a gym, cafeteria, tech room, library, and a music room. Hunter Roberts worked closely with Civic Builders, which acted as the Owner’s Representative on this project.
