Scope Of Work
Hunter Roberts Construction Group provided general contracting services for RXR Construction & Development LLC. The project included a two-story underground filigree pre-cast concrete garage addition, which added 104,000 SF (343 underground spots and 68 surface level spots) of parking to service the existing office building. In addition to the below grade parking structure, a new landscaped entrance plaza provides an elegant entry for the renovated office complex behind.
