Scope Of Work

This contract is for professional services on an as-needed basis for the modernization and rehabilitation of HHC facilities throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Major modernization projects may be performed in coordination with the Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY). The agreement is for a one-year term with two one-year renewal options. This project requires the immediate response and coordination of Hunter Roberts staff for various projects to perform On-Call services on an as-needed basis. Within a few days, Hunter Roberts staff is required to assess each project and perform cost estimates and schedules outlining an overall plan and strategy. Mobilizing soon after, Hunter Roberts pre-qualified trade contractors perform various work scopes ranging from upgrades, hazardous material removals, exterior site hardscape and landscape upgrades, mechanical and electrical upgrades, emergency life system upgrades, and other hospital renovations.
