Scope Of Work

Hunter Roberts provided construction management services for the renovation of the 5th floor unit in the B building of the Morningside House Nursing Home. This 286-bed facility is comprised of two five-story buildings. Approximately 20 percent of the 13,000-SF nursing unit was demolished. Renovations included new partitions, doors, built-in cabinet work, hung ceilings, and M/E/P and lighting upgrades. The schedule was carefully phased to allow for the facility to remain open and fully functional during construction. This renovation was the first phase of an expansive, $10 million project, funded by a grant from HEAL-NY.
