Scope Of Work
Hunter Roberts performed the interior and exterior renovations at the historic University Crossings building at Drexel University. The project was completed in three phases. Phase I included the renovation of the facade, MEP upgrades, new maintenance shop, new retail space, and new exterior entrance enhancements. Phase II work included new laundry rooms, new study lounges, and the renovations of 260 (1,016-beds) residential units. Phase III work entailed third and fourth floor renovations, as well as a new elevator which connects the basement to the fourth floor. This phased elevator addition was integrated into existing classroom space on the ground floor and basement.
